This weekend was the first weekend back for PC students. To kick off the semester, we wanted to reconnect with students by having a little get-together. Little? Riiight. We had about 90 students show up at our guy's staff house Saturday night for hotdogs and grilled chicken!! It was fun, and I met a ton of girls! Our plan was to take the group Ice skating at a rink in Greenville, but when we got there, the line was out the door! We decided instead to turn "Fire and Ice" into "Fire and Ice Cream", and went to Coldstone Creamery! Jake and I really enjoyed getting to reconnect with the students, but next time we might need to rent the Biltmore House if that many students show up again! ;) Here's a few pictures of the night! (Jake grilled for about 2 hours and said he couldn't feel his toes at the end..)
